Technical Project Manager – Quantum

MACH-20 is seeking a Technical Project Manager – Quantum to support a government program manager, with specific focus on technical project management and execution. The ideal candidate is an experienced Technical Project Manager with background in Technology, Science or Mathematics. The candidate will:

• Serve as the main interface between a performing company and the government program office.
• Assess individual technical and programmatic risks, track performer progress relative to plan, project anticipated performer outcomes, and ensure that project management best practices are followed at performers, within the independent verification and validation (IV&V) activities.

Anticipated Start Date: November - December 2025

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
• Prior experience working in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics field
• At least 3 years of experience managing the execution of technical projects/programs
• Experience coordinating and organizing multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills; oral and written
• Ability to learn new subjects and gain rapid insights into current and next-generation research topics
