The candidate will lead or support M20 in technical oversight and direction of program management, assessment of performer progress, and coordination and execution of Manufacturing Readiness Assessments (MRAs), Value Stream Assessments (VSAs), Industrial Base Assessments (IBAs) and Technology Assessments (TAs) relevant to munitions systems, airframes, structures, propulsion, polymer- and ceramic-matrix composites, metallic alloys, ceramics, coatings, thermal management, windows and radomes, semiconductor materials, printed circuit boards, switches, energy storage elements, and load devices.
Thorough understanding of current state-of-art advanced munition system design, manufacturing, and integration; production scale up, industrial science, in process monitoring, and testing specifically relevant to the design, manufacture, and production scale up, and system integration of UAS is strongly preferred. Exemplary candidates will also have demonstrated an ability to learn new subjects and gain rapid insights into current and next generation research topics, preferably with hands-on leadership of research programs at the performer level.

Responsibilities
- Generating technical evaluations, reports, briefings, and other communications
- Supporting research solicitation and proposal evaluations activities
- Program administration, including technical risk management, project cost estimation, technology transfer efforts, as well as supporting technical reviews
- Stakeholder engagement, including programs across the various DoD agencies and services
- Attending and organizing program reviews/site visits/field tests
