Rebecca Levine is a chemist with an interdisciplinary background in emerging technologies, including sensor RDT&E, CBRNe detection, synthesis and analytical characterization methods of energetic materials, and applying analytical chemistry techniques to solve complex problems. Before becoming a technical advisor in DARPA’s Microsystems Technology Office, she supported R&D efforts across government as both an advisor and a bench chemist by contributing to technical evaluations, early-stage technology development, and experimental design for programs at IARPA, DTRA, and NRL. Rebecca holds a Master’s Degree in chemistry where her thesis was focused on interactions of polymers and energetic materials. She has more than a decade of technical experience supporting large-scale R&D programs throughout their lifecycle, bringing integrity and the level technical scrutiny needed for successful program execution and transition.
