Raymone (“Ray”) Mijares is a retired U.S. Air Force officer with more than 30 years of experience in tactical and operational logistics, supply chain management, and Department of Defense (DoD) and NATO policy development. He brings additional expertise in exercise planning, force presentation, continuity of operations, and organizational leadership. Ray previously served as an assistant professor at the National Defense University, where he taught courses on Defense Strategy and Resourcing, Strategic Acquisition, and Supply Chain Management. His career includes extensive staff experience at Headquarters U.S. Air Forces in Europe, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, NATO Headquarters, and the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Policy/Research and Engineering. He is widely regarded for his deep understanding of DoD culture, staffing processes, policy formulation, and strategic leadership. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University; a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University; a Master of Arts in Military Operational Art and Science from Air University; and a Master of Science in National Security Strategy from the National Defense University.
