Ms. Patty Schaefer is an electrical engineer with nearly 30 years of experience. Ms. Schaefer has a strong background in all areas of semiconductor design and fabrication, from algorithm development through device implementation, productization and qualification, as well as program technical management. Her specialty is advanced circuit design and development strategies with a focus on radiation hardness and reliability including trusted design and fabrication. After 25 years in ASIC design, Ms. Schaefer pivoted her career and began providing technical and strategic advisory services to government agencies including DARPA, and OUSD (R&E). Ms. Schaefer has a BSEE from the University of Virginia.
