Dr. Dave Abe brings decades of experience in advanced research and development for defense technologies. Most recently, he served as a Program Manager at DARPA’s Microsystems Technology Office, leading groundbreaking efforts in directed energy, adaptive filtering, computational electromagnetics, and advanced manufacturing. Prior to that, he led the Electromagnetics Technology Branch at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory, overseeing innovative work in high-power microwave amplification, electronic warfare, and RF technologies. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland and is a fellow of the IEEE.
