Anna Fussell, M.S.

Technical Advisor

Anna is a systems engineer with multidisciplinary experience focused on maritime and advanced technology domains. She began her career with a foundation in ocean engineering from the United States Naval Academy, cultivating leadership under high-pressure conditions and a deep commitment to mission-critical systems. Following military exposure, she advanced into program management and technical advisement within DoD innovation ecosystems,leading full-lifecycle R&D across advanced materials, munitions, and emerging maritime technologies. In parallel, she also earned a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston.

Anna bridges technical development with strategic alignment across startups, academia, non-traditional, and defense performers. Her expertise spans structural and marine systems design and cross-domain integration of novel technologies into operational environments. For MACH-20, Anna leverages her engineering rigor, communication and leadership acumen, and warfighter-focused perspective to deliver end-to-end support—from concept formulation to transition—ensuring cutting-edge solutions meet the needs of today’s and tomorrow’s battlespace.
