Adam Stump, M.B.A.

Technical Advisor

Adam Stump is an Industrial Engineer with 10 years of experience supporting defense manufacturing and government program sustainment.

Prior to joining MACH-20, he worked at Newport News Shipbuilding supporting the construction of aircraft carriers and submarines throughout the value stream in the sheet metal shop, sub assembly, and carrier outfitting. He applied lean manufacturing techniques across a variety of manufacturing processes to increase shop floor efficiency. Then, as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, he supported the Air Force program office for on-alert ICBMs by conducting process improvement efforts across their engineering, logistics, and administrative processes. He also served as the Product Lead for a DoW USD-P&R data automation project to eliminate manual annual data calls.

Adam has an M.B.A from the College of William and Mary and a B.S. in Industrial Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University.
